Under the energetical support of relevant department,I have had the sample investigation that the woman workforce shifts the employment question to spare to the countryside within the range of Fujian Province.During the process of carrying on the investigation, I adopt the questionnaire investigation method, and combine with various forms, such as visit, interview, open symposium etc. On the basis of investigating, through consulting documents, array data, tabulate, count, chase because, comparative analysis, I find out the state of shift and employment of Fujian Province rural remaining woman workforce. I Attempt to put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to promote the shift of woman workforce through the research and analysis current situation. I do it in order to offer basis on which the government makes policy.This thesis is made up of four parts. First of all, I have studied and analyzed the rural woman workforce's resource, structure, and the state of the path, way, direction, work income, etc. I describe the main characteristic of Fujian Province rural woman workforce shifts. The factors are quality, idea, system, information, rights and interests, environment, etc. Then, this text has analyzed three more successful cases of rural remaining woman workforce. On this basis I carry on the countermeasure research about how to further promote rural woman workforce shifts and employment of Fujian Province.
