The China South Sea continuously is China's territory. The World War II later some Southeast Asia country by each kind of excuse to proposed the sovereignty and the right request to some islands and the waters of China South Sea, and forced to seize some islands of China South Sea, constituted today so-called China South Sea question. The complex disputes of the South China Sea are produced by some Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, in the way of confusing, fabricating, garbling and selling the dummy, with the rhetorical discourse in a way. This paper uses the Rhetorical Discourse Theory to analyze Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia's official discourse and the expression of civil discourse, refuting the so-called the South China Sea Issue and exposing its invasion and occupation of China' s islands sinister motives and the despicable purpose.
