Trust system originates from the Anglo-American Equity Law. It is one of theoriginal system in Common Law System countries. And the Trust system plays animportant role in economic development. Chinese Trust system draws up from thecommon law countries system. using this system, there will be inevitably manyinadequacies. Based on the study abroad fully, there are the comparisons analysisbetween the common law and civil law system in the trust's historys and presentsituations. I pointed out the defects in China's system of trust, put forward its ownproposals and modify in some reasonable ways for China's Trust legislative changeand improvement.In this paper, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, there are totally fourparts.In the first part: Trust property concept, the scope of the trust property, the trustproperty attributes, the characteristics of the trust property.In the second part: trust relationships, especially about their interests with eachother.In the third part: the conflict of interests between trust relationships.In the fourth part: proposals and suggestions in some reasonable ways for China'sTrust legislative change and improvement.
