The Right to Food is"Universal Declaration of Human Rights" and "Economic, Social and Cultural Rights" in recognition of the right to an adequate standard of living. The main food of the right to food includes the right of access to food safety and the right to two basic competence. The right to food by its very nature, is an independent community of the basic rights in the Constitution known as the socio-economic and cultural rights, the government has to respect and protect obligation, it should be primarily through positive measures to help protect the citizens of the right to food, while at the same time respect Citizens access to food and to avoid undue interference with the restrictions. China's legal system for the protection of citizens the right to food, there are many loopholes in legislation the right to food concept is not clear, there is the main security oversight, not the full scope of protection, legal assistance, such as difficulties.
