Study On The Identification System Of Criminal Judicial Accounting

With the scientific course of proceedings continuously speeding up in our country and the improvement of the theoretical study level of the judicial accounting identification, the identification activity of the judicial accounting becomes more and more frequent in the legal proceedings. The identification system of the judicial accounting is an important component of the judicial identification system as well as an important procedure of the criminal proceedings. However over the several years, the defects existing in the identification system of the judicial accounting seriously affect scientific nature, objectivity and neutrality. The subject on how to improve the identification system of the judicial accounting draws more and more attentions from both the theory circle and the practice circle.The purpose of the study in this paper is to provide the methods to improve the identification system of the judicial accounting of our country so as to make them fit for the actual condition of China, and have the availability for operation. The writer firstly differentiates and analyzes the concepts related to the identification of judicial accounting, and analyzes the relevant theory, and compares &analyzes the identification system of judicial accounting of two law families. Then the writer makes a preliminary discussion on the system of the identifier, the technical standard and the cross-examination system. And finally some suggestions are raised improving the identification system of the judicial accounting of China.
