With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and economy,a set of new contradiction have been proudecd, environmental problem is among.In recent year,the phenomenon of environmental tort,which is caused by environment pollution and ecological destruction,has become a major social problem,thus civil lawsuits increase year by year.As a result,environmental tort has specific characteristics,corresponding, there are many different law features between environmental tort and traditional tort.But our country's environmental tort civil lawsuit system exists a lot of lack and blank,so we have to study on it.By analyzing the general theory of environmental tort civil lawsuit,this thesis analyzes the corrupt practice of our country's environmental tort civil lawsuit system and also put forward some suggestion to constructing and developing it.
