Song Dynasty is the time when ancient China carries on legal education to the government official. All kinds of legal tests carry on abundance for all previous during selecting government official dynasties. In order to stimulate people to practice the law usage, the government puts legal test into the important condition of promoting into Shi. Thus it enhances legal accomplishment of the entire bureaucrat social stratum. Also, it provides the beneficial model to the law construction of present era government. This article has carried on the elaboration from four aspects. The first part elaborates general legal tests in selecting government official.
