Under The Individual Field Of Vision Judge Trials Quality Efficiency Surveillance System

justice and efficiency always are our peopel's courts' main subject and our legal system's most important value object too. Each work should be built around Justness and Efficiency. To achieves this goal, the higher people's court of Jiangsu province established "About how to make up the system of quality efficiency and estimate of the judgement by courts of Jiangsu province (informality)" and tried it out from Jan 1st 2004. Since this system implemented, comments vary from success to failure , especially far away between the governor and the judges. How deeply does this system effect in our judgement practice and the judges? In this article, the author ,as a judge from a basic-level court, will try to analyse some data of practice and evaluate the system of quality efficiency and estimate of the judgement practice in a judge's view point.
