The Analysis On The Occupational Health Surveillance System Of Legal Nature In China

This paper analyzed the connotation of the occupational healthsurveillance system in China, about the social attribute, the personal attribute,the legal attribute, right bundle by means of two specific cases.According tothe mutual relations of the attributes, the occupational health surveillancelegal system is that attached to the occupational-dazard-inductive labourer,through the national legislation, improve the social intervention, promote theharmonious development of regulating labourers`body and heart, in order toguarantee the social community system of the common interest.
