On Legal Research On The Nature And Efficiency Of Employer's Rules And Regulations

this dissertation is starting from the basic means of employer's rules and regulations and try to make a specific statement about what is the internal rules and regulations from several different views, such as from linguistic resource of internal rules and regulations, relationship between the relevant concepts and enforcement in the adjustment of labour relationship. Then, referring to the verified regulations and legal practice from different countries and region, with two continued main paragraphs, it comes with a theoretic analysis on the relevant domestic regulations as well as with the solution of part of problems concerning with nature and efficiency of employer's rules and regulations during the process of discussion.
