On Reality Registration

The real right of reality is one of the core of the real right law system. The reality registration is also important part of the real right law. Starting with the basic real right theory, the thesis mainly centers in the regulation of the real right law. The legislation system and the evolution of Reality Registration, real right of reality, the range of reality registration are also discussed in this paper.Starting with introducing to the basic concepts, origin and development of the reality registration, this paper emphasizes in the effect of the reality registration, the differentiation problem of the effect from the registration to the contract. Since the basic theory has the direct effect on the building-up and characteristic of the reality registration, the importance of uniform reality registration system, the realty register and the realty ownership certificate vitally interrelated to the demonstrative principal have to be discussed, by the regulations and law theories. As the most characteristic reality registration, the correction of registration, dissidence registration, advance notice registration are in detail discussed on their important part, effect etc. Comparing with the registrations above, the author's conclusions on their characters and destruction are drawn.
