Study On The Eminent Domain Legislation And The Protection Of The Vulnerable Group' Profits

Urban relocation is the necessary process in the development of every country, including our country. Urban relocation is increasing rapidly, with the developing of the economic and urbanization process. Relocation plays an important role in promoting the environment, proper land resources utilization and enhancing the living environment. But, the questions in the urban relocation, such as the absence of related laws and regulations, intervention of the government, the weakness of the supervisor and justice bureaus, low relocation compensation standard, caused investigation and harmed the stabilization of the society.The protection of Vulnerable Groups catches attentions of the society, from the 1960s. This article makes an attempt at studying on the urban relocation legislation from the protection of rights of the vulnerable group and puts forward some advices. The core view of this article is protecting rights of the vulnerable groups by special preferential policies and measures.The eminent domain legislation and the protection of the vulnerable group's profits are analyzed in this paper, based on the research of relative theories and knowledge. And according to the above put forward some advice. The introduction includes six parts:Chapter 1: First, put forward the question which we will discuss. Second, we summarize the study condition of China on this issue. Third, this part gives the purpose and the content of the article. Chapter 2 elaborates the connotation and rights of the vulnerable groups. First, we elaborate Theory of Social Hierarchy .Second, we make an attempt to define the connotation of the vulnerable groups .The third, this article put up the Vulnerable Groups in the Urban Relocation. The last, we put forward the rights of the vulnerable groups. In Chapter 3, we introduce the correlation meanings of the urban relocation, the condition and the problems. In Chapter 4, we elaborate the conditions and defects of the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups from three parts. In Chapter 5, we put forward some advice. The last part is the conclusion.
