This text studied the intelligent property's protection mode of the religion rites. As one part of religion phenomenon, the religious rites are very important to the society's stability. Along with the development of the science and technology and the globalization of the economy, the religious rites also face a new challenge. The internationalization is an inevitable trend; there has no nation who can develop in the close situation. It is the same to China; it is the same to Chinese religious rites. Chinese religious rites have a long history and have their own features, so it is a pity that we have neglected the protection of religion rites for a long time. There have a lot of false usage of the religion rites and do harm to our country's culture. This phenomenon has becoming more and more emergent. Therefore how to protect the features of Chinese religion rites became the first problem which we need to resolve. There has close contact between the religion and the law, so the law should become the most powerful way to protect the religion rites. We should reveal the law which can provide the protection to the religion rites to the public in order to protect the religion rites. It also introduces the religious rites' protection in our country.The four-part analysis the intellectual property protection of the religion rites from the substantial and academic theories level and suggest to protect the religion rites in an special way.
