Regulation For Non-marriage Cohabitation

Since the late 1960s,the phenomenon of non-marriage cohabitation has increased and developed gradually all over the world. This phenomenon has drawn the goverments and legislatures' attention. Many countries in the world have legislatived the phenomenon of non-marriage cohabitation. The development of unmarried cohabitation in our country is also extremely quick,and has already constituted the challenge to the traditional marriage family. We should face positively. So far China has been short of these perfect laws to control this phenomenon but the laws are out of constrict and it has affected the development of cohabitation. Someone hasn't got benefit protection especially weak persons. To control the phenomenon of non-marriage cohabitation, the laws give full exptession to key guarantee on citizen's basic human rights and special guarantee on human nature. The substantive and crucial factors of non-marriage cohabitation specified and the concept of the basic principles on the legal constraint of cohabitation and the concept of concrete legal constraint of cohabitation is proposed in this essay.
