The Party Branch Or Party Groups, The Class Committee, The Youth League Branch "Three In One" Model In The Construction Of The University Class

With the rapid development of modern society and the intensified tendency of economic globalization,the monopoly in higher education market and resources will be broken.And the rise of the Net Age has brought challenges and opportunities to the development of higher education in China.As an important entry point and basic step for ideological and political education of the students,class construction serves as a tool of uniting organizing and guiding students.Meanwhile,increasing number of party members among college students helps with the emergence of the "Three(the party branch or party groups,the branch of the Mission,class committee)-in-one" model in the construction of the class.How to adapt to the needs of new environment, how to apply this model to college students affairs correctly,and how to promote the work of college students to go further are completely new subjects posed for class construction in colleges.The "Three-in-one" model for class construction adheres to the students-oriented and education-centered notion,carrying out the construction on the idea of "everything for the students,for the students' all,for all the students",aiming at "self educating,self managing,self serving" of the students in colleges.Following the principle of integrating theory with practice,this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the class construction under which new guiding ideologies and fundamental principles were put forward on the basis of the investigation.It also elaborated the concept,organization,operation and system development of "Three-in-one" class construction model,focusing on the objects, tasks and methods of the class construction under this model.With its practical significance,it plays a guiding role in the college class construction.
