The urbanization is the only way for a country or a region to pursuit modernization, and also is a significant strategic choice which can ensure the construction of well-off society. The main features of urbanization is the people's migration from the rural region to the urban, which can be also realized as sorts of citizenship receiving. In this progress, some sorts of peasants came to the city by their own will, and some are not. Any way, being a peasant, how to adapt the life in the city and how to interject in the urban life is very significant for themselves, and also very significant for the urban development and the whole society.By dint of the theory of social integration, following the scientific concept of development, through learning social psychology and related theory, the writer did some successful research at problems, factors and strategies in the process of the peasants' social integration. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, initiative land-lost peasants' social integration includes psychological aspect and behavior aspect. The psychological aspect contains identity ownership, city adscription, satisfaction of city life, adaptation of urban environment conditions, and so on. Behavior aspect is made up of linguistic, urban lifestyles, interpersonal, career, income and expenditure condition, and housing living, etc.Secondly, influence factors of the initiative land-lost peasants' social integration problems include four aspects: the social capital, personal capital, and social exclusion, conditions of participation in social organization.In addition, according to the study, this paper puts forward some approaches to improve the initiative land-lost peasants' social integration: to strengthen, improve social capital and human capital, reduce social exclusion, and participate in the social organization actively. The innovation in this paper: at the realm of the theory, the writer combined the initiative land-lost peasants and social integration actively and effectively; the writer enriched the study in the social integration; the writer provided a new perspective on the research of the initiative land-lost peasants. This work can throw out some sorts of viewpoints which can be regarded as the guidance of peasant's problem in urbanization.
