With the rapid development of Internet,its openness,convenience and advantages of transnational brought us a huge social change and has impact on all levels of the society.Currently,China's penetration of the internet usage is increasing year by year, the number of netizens has exceeded the United States,and the internet copyright infringement has become the most important legal issues in the information age.How to identify the liability of the internet copyright infringement is a much more complicated legal issues,and the definition of the internet copyright,internet copyright infringement were not clearly defined in theory,which make the study much more difficult.In conjunction with traditional theories,the article firstly put forward the definition of the network copyright and the concrete rights of the object.Then the article summed up the basic types of network copyright infringement in order to get a systematic understanding.On the analysis of its different status and roles in the network copyright infringement,different infringers should get different principles of tort liability.Finally,we should improve the legislation and create a legal system of the network copyright infringement to effectively regulate the network copyright infringement.Writing on the basis of this background,the structure of this paper is divided into four chapters:Chapterâ… focused on the internet copyright infringement and then put forward the definition and content of internet copyright.Chapterâ…¡put forward basic types of the internet copyright infringement.Chapterâ…¢focuses on the liability of network copyright infringement and give the definition of infringer,network infringement liability principle,the specific liabilities and so on.Chapterâ…£points out the weaknesses of China's current relevant legislation and then puts forward a comprehensive regulatory system for the internet copyright infringement in order to promote the healthy development of the internet industry.
