Because the people's assessor system could not display the influence judicature in many places the unction.This article draws up from our country system of people's assessors historical development obtains,Then,uses the method of comparative analysis to compare other countries' jury system with the people's assessor System of China, unifies our country at present the people's assessor system present situation and its the existence questions,put forward several proposals to reform the system of people's assessors consummation after three steps.Therefore,this system can offer the guarantee for the democracy,justice,harmony,and authority of justice.
