The Construction Of Chinese New Pattern Political Culture Under The Concept Of Harmony

Politcal culture is basic and leading to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.It is of guiding importance both to understand the innate character and scialist connotation of a socialist hamonnious society and obtain a comprehensive grasp of social value orientation and practice culture to interpret a socialist harmonious society. Beginning with the origin of the conception of political culture , this study is based upon different under standings of political culture both abroad and at home, as well as Principles of Maxist Philosophy, to expound on the rationality of the connotation of political culture in terms of political psychology, politcal thought and political culture.Hereby , this thesis firstly demonstrates the significant role of political culture which plays in the construction of a socialist harmonious society, and makes an anslysis of the problems involved in the modern political culture in China.On this ground, the author proposes the essential approach to the construction of the new Chinese political culture: transform political value orientation; handle the relationship between politics and culture; expand citizens' participation in political affaris; guarantee the order of the social development by means of legal systems and institutions; develop social productive force and enhance the basis of political culture ; integrate the mainstream political culture and promote the national cohesionial harmony Construct.
