The Research Of Participation In WTO Dispute Settlement Of China

China has become a member of WTO for more than seven years. We need to have a review . This paper made statistics of cases of China in WTO Dispute Settlement . We found China participated in much more cases as respondent than cases as complainant. There are many negative rules in WTO dispute settlement for China . For example ,WTO has not admit China is a developing country . China undertook more duty than other members .This paper analyzed the case named "China——Measures Affecting Imports of Automobile Parts " . The author tried to defend for China . But China lost this case for a special promise made by herself . So we need to take measures to avoid making promise like that .This paper also made a summary of the experience and shortcoming of China in WTO dispute settlement . The author expected to benefit dispute settlement later by this paper .
