Citizen Participation Of Public Management In Township

Degree and level of citizen paticipation are one country's important sign to measure democratization and modernization.In recent years,with grass-roots democracy in-depth development,political life in rural areas become more active,and involvement of the awareness of farmers is gradually increasing,and the ways and means to participate are colourfu.In recent several years especially,the villagers self-government of national grass-roots political power is increasingly becoming an important form of reconstruction,which has become the main tool for village-level governance.and villagers self-government build a vast platform for numbers of villagers to participate actively in village affairs as well as local public affairs.However,due to the own cause of Chinse farmers and some objective social conditions,we have to find that the orderly participation of the peasants in our country are still so inadequate that there are many pressing problems to solve.In this paper,we adopt the way of "Process-Event".We study the case of expropriation in township,and explore the the causes,manners,path for township's citizens to participate in the market area of public administration.Through the process of reproduction,we want to show the changes and development of the farmers as the main manifestation of the citizens participation,that is why they take part in,how to participate in,how would the involvement shift from the normal participation to a disorderly participation.We try to expand the path of the citizens orderly participation separately from the government perspective and the citizens.In this paper,We come to a conclusion.The driving force for citizen participation is interests.The more the economic interests,the higher the enthusiasm to participate.The awareness of citizens to participate is increasing.The way of participating is also expanding.When the gap between interests of citizens of the ever-increasing demands of real interests and the validity of the expression produce,the participants often must rely on means outside the system to express interest.Therefore,if we want to achieves the goal of the participation of citizens in an orderly manner,we need our government reach a tacit understanding with the citizens,forming a positive interaction.It is the interaction and game in the national and social,which deduced the progressive logic stage of our political development and social change.
