Historical Development And Reflection On The Ideological And Moral Construction Of Minors In New Era

As a subject research project, the ideological and moral construction of minors is often used to be further studied. This thesis is based on the historical development, concerning on the ideological and moral construction of minors in the field of ideas, policies, practices and features since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy. On the basis of a systematic reflection, the thesis mentions some new measures and suggestions so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral construction of minors, which will promote the research of the ideological and moral construction of minors. The thesis is mainly consisted of introduction and the body part.The introduction reviews the origin of the concept, the ideological and moral construction of minors, and focuses on the definition of its connotation. In particular, the introduction analyzes the differences between the construction and education, expatiates the present condition and further study of the ideological and moral construction of minors. Then, it illustrates the research ideas and possible innovations.The body is divided into four parts. In the first three parts, the thesis reviews the ideological and moral construction of minors in different historical periods. Each part respectively represents a dependent period of the development of the ideological and moral construction of minors in new era. In the first part, the thesis illustrates the period between the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Communist Party of China Central Committee and the 14th CPC National Congress. Before the time of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Communist Party of China Central Committee, there existed two trends, including the right one and the wrong one. Between the period of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Communist Party of China Central Committee and the 14th CPC National Congress, the ideological and moral construction of minors mainly reflected the incorrect measures of the ideological education in the previous period, summarized the historical experiences and drew the necessary lessons from the disintegration of the former USSR and the drastic changes in eastern Europe, rectified the neglect trends and changed the passive situation.In the second part, the thesis illustrates the period between the 14th CPC National Congress and the implementation of the document, The CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors. This period is considered as the process of discovery and innovation on the ideological and moral construction of minors. In this phase, on the basis of rectifying the passive situation and strengthening, the ideological and moral construction of minors accelerated the steps of reforming. The construction actively discovered new ideas to adapt to the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the comprehensive promotion of quality education under the new situation. Consequently, many positive achievements were accomplished.In the third part, the thesis analyzes the period after the implementation of the document, The CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors. This phase is considered as the period of a comprehensive innovation and the overall advancement of the ideological and moral construction of minors. The phase not only mentioned the concept of the ideological and moral construction of minors and the great strategic task, also concerned on this major strategic task to achieve the comprehensive innovation and the overall advancement. These achievements indicate that the ideological and moral construction of minors is developing on the direction of harmony in China. And the construction will achieve more results.In the fourth part, the thesis reflects the ideological and moral construction of minors in new era in a systematic way, and mentions some new measures and suggestions to strengthen and promote the ideological and moral construction of minors. The construction should unswervingly base on the principles of the idea of moral education-led, not only understanding the importance, but also relying on the relevant protection system. The construction should base on the principles of the idea of minors-oriented and combine with the overall planning system of moral education, including universities, middle schools and primary schools. The main initiative of minors is still in the situation of the way to be mature, so that they are encouraged to be respected and guided. The construction should not be just on the advocacy. The ideological and moral construction of minors should coordinate with family, school and society. The construction should insist on the combination with the maintaining and innovation, expand the channels, carriers and methods of the ideological and moral construction of minors.
