Study On Strengthening And Improving Ideological And Moral Construction Of The Minors

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued ,which is a programmatic document to guide the minors' ideological and moral construction of our country. This paper is instructed with the spirits of the above document and centred on strengthening and improving the minors' ideological and moral construction .It tries to expound the importance and urgency of the construction in the new stage of new century, as well as the guiding ideology, basic principles and the main tasks. Meanwhile, it analyses the current situation and the existing problems during the construction at present. In order to solve these problems well, it puts forward a proposal to strengthen and improve the construction through the three main ways which are schools, families and society, both giving free rein to their respective functions and coordinating to each other to form joint forces. We must improve the moral curriculum, optimize its contents and design the curriculum to make the formal and hidden moral curriculum be effective in raising the moral qualities of the minors. We must improve the social environment in which the minors grow, and pay attention to the environmental effects on the minors, trying to strengthen and improve the minors' ideological and moral construction through various ways to improve their qualities, helping them grow up healthily, thus to cultivate builders and successors for the Socialist Cause with Chinese Characteristics.
