On The Protection Of Teachers' Educational Power At The Stage Of Compulsory Education

The power of teachers'education is based on the teacher in the enjoyment of the teachers'right, in the teaching activities of students should be allowed to influence and interfere with the right attitude and force. Guarantee for the power of teachers'education is the precondition that is to maintain the normal teaching order and play an effective role in a school education.Compulsory education is the foundation stone of education, is a very important stage of education during one's life, and even affects one's life. The stage of compulsory education students are in the immature stage of life, many things still need to be difficult to make rational thinking, they are vulnerable to emotional and easy to impulse, some students with the characteristics of adolescent rebelliousness, which also arises many problems. In the stage of compulsory education, teachers have made a great impact on students. So, establish the teachers'authority, guarantee of the teachers'educational power have great educational value. However, in the current educational practice, the teachers'educational power are not effective protection, teachers'work and personality have not been given due respect, even the personal safety of themselves and their families are affected from the threat of some students, in the teaching activities, the teacher afraid of the former tiger and the later wolf, for fear that the slightest mistake is tolerated and even killing.Loss of the teachers'educational power, for the teacher only to lose the dignity and security, for the student is the development of their future. This paper through the analysis of the concept of the teachers'education power, connotation and characteristics, explore the problem of the loss of the teachers'education power in educational practice of our country, and put forward to an effective strategy to guarantee of the teachers'educational power from the aspect of law, society, education, students and parents.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: To bring up the question of this paper, research significance and research significance of about this question, and define related concepts.The second part: Defined the concept of the power of teachers'educational power, and analysis of the characteristics.The third part: Analysis of the main problems of the current teachers'educational power, the main performance from the loss of the schools'and teachers'educational power, and from three aspects including law, education and social analysed the cause of the problem of teachers'educational power.The fourth part: Come up with the strategies to protect the teachers'educational power. This paper discusses the guarantee of teachers'educational power from the research on how to strengthen the teachers'educational power, improving the laws towards teachers'power, making clear about the distribution of power among teachers, students and parents and responsibility of school and society.
