Chattel Mortgage System Is Probed Into

The chattel mortgage syetem has made progress since "The Property Law" was put into effect two years ago. However, many problems of the system need further improved or solved in the futher, especially there is a world financial crisis affecting our every work of life including the chattel mortgage syestem . Which put me to think about the system and bring forward my viewpoints on the basis of the world circumence.The thesis has five main parts exceping the forewand and the conclusion.Part I I set forth the concept and the characteristic of the system from the view of the sociology and the law, at the same time, compared relevant systems in USA, Japan, Taiwan, France, German, and so on.Part II I compared the relations of the chattel mortgage system and some tradition property systems, such as, the public believe principle.Part III I analysed some regulations of the system comprising the non-registered property and the registered property.Part IV I introduced the legislation process, at the same time, explained some defects of the system.Part V I submitted some suggestions mainlyconcerning our country chattel mortgage system.
