Minority cultural rights is a nation has its own national culture and maintained, protection and development of national equality, to measure and a nation's survival and development, and national unity and mutual respect is very important.Ethnic minorities in China in the focus of human rights, the rights of minority cultural studies are minorities' human rights in China and the problems of specific performance. Ethnic culture is minority culture, is the object of rights is an important part of national culture, but along with the development of urbanization, the trend of globalization, the development of ethnic minority culture and heritage, how can the challenges, from the aspect of law guarantee minority cultural rights, so as to protect minorities culture, is the starting point.By using this method, the legal comments, logical reasoning method of multidisciplinary research method, from the perspective of international human rights of minority cultures, the definition, elements, nature and the significance, based on international and national minority cultural rights legislation in our country, the paper analyses minority cultural rights protection, combined with the difficulties faced by international multi-ethnic country can experience, separately from the policy of the government to protect minorities, ego to protect and legal protection of three aspects, safeguard the rights to ethnic minority culture.
