An Exploration To The Right Relief Of Chinese Civil Servant System

The right relief of the civil servants is the forceful means to ensure that the legal rights of the civil servants could be materialized.From the perspective of theoretical analysis and empirical research,there are many existing shortcomings in the current right relief system of civil servants in our country,which are mainly reflected by the following five aspects:the unreasonable establishment of administrative relief mechanism,the monotonous approach to the right relief(the lack of judicial relief), the imperfection of the relief procedure,the difficulty to guarantee the damage compensation and enforce the arbitral awards.This thesis conducts an analysis of the status quo of the domestic right relief system of the civil servants,discovers the existing problems,exploring their causes so as to propose the suggestion on how to improve this system.
