Analysis To The "Left" Errors In Twenty Years After The Foundation Of The PRC

The Communist Party of China created a unique path of revolution in the process of the Chinese new-democratic revolution. Its basic characteristic is the emphasis on class struggle, mass movements and political command. The founding of the early, the Communist Party of China created the path of revolution mainly due to the inertia of the role of the revolutionary path.Before and after the Eighth National Congress Meeting, the CPC realized acutely that we should jump out the path of revolution and enter the path of construction gradually with the focus from the revolutionizes to the construction. Mao Zedong and the CPC made the valuable effort .Also it made some important progress. Unfortunately, the CPC began to return to the path of revolution again from 1957 because of the domestic and foreign factors. The Great Leap Forward started by Mao Zedong in 1958 was the overall return to the path of revolution. The Great Leap Forward marked with the imprint of the revolution from the mode of operation,the distribution form to the incentive mechanism.After the Great Leap Forward movement suffers setbacks, some leaders who understood the truth began to resist the path of revolution. However, this resist not only didn't work, but also was killed by Mao Zedong's class struggle method. Mao Zedong strangled the voice of resisting the revolutionary path inside and outside the party from the anti-rightist of Lu Shan Meeting in 1959, the critique of "Three Styles" to "Four clean-ups" in the tenth Plenary Session of the CPC Eighth Central Committee in 1962.It led the downward spiral CPC on the way to the revolution path. In the Great Cultural Revolution, Mao Zedong transformed the regime using the means of revolution first. Then he used the means of revolution transforming the society. Finally he used the means of revolution defending the revolution. This caused the revolution into the path of a vicious cycle.After the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Eleventh Central Committee, the CPC learned the lessons from the history. Deng Xiaoping led the party and the people jumped out the vicious cycle of the path of revolution, and proposed clearly the basic line of taking the economic development as the center. He requested we should respect economic law, work with the objective laws and manage the economy using the method of economy. Also we should introduce the incentive mechanism of the material interests. As a result, we gradually entered the construction way and realized the construction way of the positive cycle.From the perspective of path dependence recalled after the founding of the party's history, we come to the conclusion that the main reason of 20 years' left is fascinating the revolution experience, clinging to revolutionary thought and falling into the vicious circle. Only we keep pace with the times and rationally develop the good and discard the bad historic tradition and the experience, can we jump out the vicious circle.
