On Communicational Harmony

Communication is the basic way of human existence, so it is of special importance to research it under the background of constructing a harmonious society. It may be said that communicational harmony is the key content and prerequisite of the construction of a harmonious society. Social harmony would have not existed without the harmonious coexistence of people, their harmonious communication and that of their relationship. It is also of inter-subjectivity, or the law, the difference of the basic characteristics of collaboration.Though in the age of globalization the main subjects of the world are peace and development, there are time and again regional contradiction and confliction, which means that non-harmonious communication exists conspicuously. So the theory of communicational harmony is the answer of the call of the times, the search of world people, and the real request to harmonize the tide of international exchanges. Communicational harmony theory is also an urgent requirement of China's construction of a harmonious society in the present day, which means that it is of special significance in its construction, in the creation of a harmonious social atmosphere. The theory is the foundation of social harmony.Three basic ways should be undertaken to realize a harmonious communication: that of material, spiritual constitutions and individual subjects. The strengthening of material production is the strong physical foundation of its realization. Its production promotes the deeper development of communicational harmony. The improvement of communicational constitutions is the standardization of communications. Communicational constitutions refer to the laws, regulations, customs and morality people should abide by when engaged in communication. It is necessary to uphold communicational morality, so as to construct communicational law. The enhancement of the quality of communicational subjects is to increase their sense of a rational communication, which means that their capacity for harmonious communication is further developed.
