AIDS has been the concern of sociologists is an important social problem, AIDS is a serious health hazard to human life and socio-economic development of infectious diseases, with AIDS in our country most of the spread of AIDS, affecting the political, economic, cultural, an important factor. Accompanied by an increase in AIDS, the AIDS epidemic and non-containment of China's economic, political and social influence is becoming increasingly serious. AIDS into China, the Government continued to develop gradually a number of policies and regulations on AIDS, but these policies and regulations did not fundamentally change the AIDS situation and the living conditions of AIDS patients, especially AIDS situation of social exclusion. Negative media reports and the general public's prejudice against AIDS patients, AIDS patients suffering from physical pain also suffer social exclusion from the outside world, a truly double vulnerable groups, their survival has been serious environmental interference and destruction.From a sociological perspective in this article concern in patients with AIDS, the introduction of social exclusion related to theory, using qualitative research methods to explore the AIDS patients in rural areas of social exclusion. The author under the "social exclusion" theory, to analyze the AIDS patients in rural areas suffer the problem of social exclusion. That the Government's social security system is missing, the error of public policy-oriented and government officials do not as a rural AIDS patients is a rejection of the system, the media's negative reports on public opinion of AIDS patients in rural areas of exclusion, and the public opinion of AIDS patients in rural areas prejudice, discrimination is a kind of cultural exclusion. This article focuses on the government, the media, the public face of public opinion in the three AIDS patients in rural areas have a reason for exclusion, and on this basis, the author from the Government, the media, the general public and their own point of view of rural AIDS patients and measures put forward some suggestions. AIDS patients in rural areas as a socially vulnerable groups, should be the Government's concern with the community and to take positive measures, which is promoting the social harmony and development.
