Environmental problem is a magnitude issue need to be solved urgently to ensure the development of the world. Environmental administrative law-enforcement is the most important guarantee to make all kinds of environmental laws and statutes to be implemented smoothly. As the developed capitalistic country, America began their environmental protection earlier than other countries, thus has rich management experience and is a typical example for others to learn from. The content of this article is to do a comparative study on some Sino-US environmental administrative law-enforcement problems from the aspects of legislation pattern, law enforcement purpose, main body of law enforcement, law enforcement behavior and almsgiving system, also to point out the problems exist in our country's environmental administrative law-enforcement and to anatomize the causes of these problems. The main purpose of the article is to put forward some countermeasures to perfect our country's enforcement of the environmental administrative law by learning excellent experience and deeds from other developed countries.Though our country has a long history in protecting environment, the environmental administrative law-enforcement system is faulty, dropping behind especially in putting the law enforcement into practice. To learn from America about their environmental management experience by comparing the depth of Sino-US environmental administrative law enforcement systems will has magnitude realism significance on many aspects, like enhancing and improving our environmental administrative law enforcement system , perfecting Chinese environmental administrative law-enforcement and innovating environmental management system, as well as promoting the continuous development of our economy and society.
