Comparative Study Of Some Sino-US Environmental Administrative Law-Enforcement Problems

Environmental problem is a magnitude issue need to be solved urgently to ensure the development of the world. Environmental administrative law-enforcement is the most important guarantee to make all kinds of environmental laws and statutes to be implemented smoothly. As the developed capitalistic country, America began their environmental protection earlier than other countries, thus has rich management experience and is a typical example for others to learn from. The content of this article is to do a comparative study on some Sino-US environmental administrative law-enforcement problems from the aspects of legislation pattern, law enforcement purpose, main body of law enforcement, law enforcement behavior and almsgiving system, also to point out the problems exist in our country's environmental administrative law-enforcement and to anatomize the causes of these problems.
