Under The Framework Of SCO, The Study On Co-operation Mechanism Between China And Central Asian Countries For Oil And Gas Resources

Under the development of economic globalization and regionalization today, countries are more and more dependent on the international organizations in order to coordinate their respective positions, policies, and safeguard the common interests and achieve harmonious development ,especially in co-operation of oil and natural gas。Global and regional international organizations are the best choice ,as most of the countries coordinate energy policy of oil and gas to safeguard the common interests。Although the co-operation between China and Central Asian countries have maintained good momentum, but this inherent defect of bilateral cooperation has made our country should consider to made the bilateral cooperation with the Central Asian countries into the multilateral cooperation under the framework of SCO。Establishment of cooperation mechanisms Under SCO in co-operation of oil and natural gas can improve our country's oil and gas energy security, and play the role of the SCO. And this is precisely the purpose of this article。This paper discusses the cooperation of China with Central Asian countries and cooperation under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, summarize the current status of the content analysis and legal analysis;then based on the comparison on the advanced system of the international energy cooperation , the author discuss on how to set up the mechanism of oil and gas under SCO;Finally, on the basis of analysis the Sino-Kazakh oil pipeline in the legal perspective, the author discuss how to set up the relevant system under the SCO in pipeline cooperation ,and put forward the legal advice on the management of our pipeline。...
