Comparative Study On Chattel Mortgage System Between Mainland And Taiwan

The movables transaction Law is one of important laws in Taiwan. It has played an important role in promoting fund circulation and transaction protection, while the chattel mortgage has just held the balance. There are some values on its the scope of the article,sequence of priority,publication system and the achievement of rights. Centering on the chattel mortgage system, the issue investigates its similarities and differences between Taiwan and the mainland on legislation and hopes it will have some influence on the mainland legislation and guarantee exercises.Chapter 1 "Contrast on chattel mortgage exercises between mainland and Taiwan and legal obstacles in Mainland". According to the data from the investment report, this thesis points out the chattel mortgage exercises in Mainland and Taiwan and legal obstacles in Mainland.Chapter 2 "The range of objects on chattel mortgage".
