Therefore, it is an important and urgent task of legal construction of the lawsuit field at present in our country to reform the current judicial appraisal system of our country. Meanwhile, structuring judicial appraisal system of our country must consider China current judicial reform overall trend and China legal traditional culture. Consummating and reforming to the above-mentioned problems in judicial appraisal could comply with the centuries of administration of justice for the people, fairness and efficiency theme.This thesis adopts the careful introduction to the system of judicial appraisal mainly, through to the investigation which two fundamental laws and principles departments used in the system of judicial appraisal, comparing with the current situation in judicial appraisal of our country, analyzing the deficiency and reason of the system of judicial appraisal of our country, in order to looking for our direction and goal hard. Furthermore, I will put forward the suggestion on this system from perfecting the angles, such as the basic principle of the system of judicial appraisal, perfection judicial appraisal system content, etc., contributing strength in institutional improvement of judicial appraisal taking one as our country.
