Legislative Study On China's Social Insurance's Supervison System

Along with the development of market economy and the society's progress, it's necessary that National government enjoys the comprehensive social service care for everyone, and have the duty to guarantees social stability harmonious to establish the perfect system.In the modern significance, social security legal regime is the product of the capitalist economy development, and perfectly consummates unceasingly in the Western country. In the first part, some research has been done in the field of historical evolution, the elementary theory and the status and the function in our country.The second part, I launch from the research overseas social insurance legislation, thought perfectly consummates when our social insurance legal regime must profit from the reasonable experience. The government must carry on the support and the management to the social insurance, the perfect social insurance system,and the reformation on the social insurance system.Our social insurance system development has some lack. The question of historic reasons affects the implementation effectiveness of the new designation system until now. Therefore, our social insurance system is elaborated in the third part. There are some factors,such as historical evolution, the design analysis of the present system.In the final part, it is important that we propose constructive idea, unifies the domestic and foreign situations with the present situation of our own system. Our country must establish our social insurance legislation, the reasonable value orientation, and formulate "Rural side Medical service Protection law".
