System Thinking And Scientific Development Concept Fulfilling

Scientific development concept was put forward by the Central Part of Chinese Communist Part at the 3rd Session of the 16th Congress of the Communist Part of China, namely"persisting in human centered, setting up comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development concept, and promoting economic, society and all-round human development."Scientific development concept is the basic guiding ideology of every work in our county's construction at new times. which embodied the develop-with-times Marxism about world view and methodology. which also embodied our Party that have devoted the understanding of the development of society. It is an extremely complicated and enormous system engineering to fulfilling Scientific Development Concept, only as guidance by system thinking,based on the whole,the overall situation of interconnected system view,coordinates the relations of every aspect, could make the Scientific Development Concept fulfill smoothly.This text combines our country's conditions by the guidance of systematic thinking, put forward the basic thinking of fulfilling Scientific Development Concept from several following respects separately:Firstly, this thesis analyses the production,essence,and system thinking's characteristics of scientific conceptions of development, on this base, analyses how to fulfilling Scientific Development Concept from four aspect. It concludes globality thinking and fulfilling Scientific Development Concept,cooperativity thinking and fulfilling Scientific Development Concept,functional thinking of the structure and fulfilling Scientific Development Concept,open thinking and fulfilling Scientific Development Concept. From this it concludes that Scientific Development Concept as an advance society development concept, the key is to practice in real practice, use the advanced theory to guide our practice ,and practice the key lies in whether the use of systematic thinking.
