Corporate Social Responsibility Research

Corporate social responsibility means that the companies realize business profits while complying with the law. The companies should carry out human rights and environmental safety standards that internationally recognized in the company's day-to-day operations and process of the production, preventing the significant value of the company from risks, such as climate change, AIDS and security risk. Also the companies should propose the creative solutions of the practical issues, planning and public policy matters. According to the economics, ethics, sociology and the law,many experts at home and abroad made a lot of useful explore on the theory of corporate social responsibility and try and reach a consensus to a certain extent, but analysis of corporate social responsibility has not yet reached a consensus in human rights perspective.This article is divided into five main parts in the logical structure in a human rights perspective using the methods of synthesis, analysis, compare and so on.The first part is mainly the introduction of the origin of the political background, concepts, nature, the motivation of development of corporate social responsibility. It is a brief overview of corporate social responsibility.The second part is analysis of corporate social responsibility in the basis of the theory . .This section sets a basis to discuss the realization mechanism of corporate social responsibility in China.The third part is the core content of the corporate social responsibility ,the four aspects flowing : the maintenance of labor rights, consumer protection, corporate environmental responsibility, companies participate in social welfare.The fourth part is mainly the introduction of the implementation mechanism of corporate social responsibility in the developed countries. And then I will point out the shortcoming of corporate social responsibility in China combined with the current practice and propose to improve corporate social responsibility in China. The fifth part is that I want to point out the future of corporate social responsibility through the analysis of relevance between corporate social responsibility and development process and the value of human rights.
