| In our country,as the reasons of the difference cultural background,social conditions,politics,the death penalty will be exist now and in a long Period of time.So,at the mainstream background of civilizal and humanity penal execution,how to make the penalty execution more standard and humanity,in order to embody the humanity spirit,which has greatly actual significance .Death penalty execution procedure is a criminal litigation procedure that starts from the countersign of death penalty beginning,and then the execution department and surveillance department according to the law to do their own duties,until a prisoner is sentenced to death and complete relative after-care matters.
