Constitutional Democracy Theory

There have been three hundred years since the idea of Constitutional Democracy to be born,which is the most broad idea that is to be used in the political field at the present time.It's a political idea that is to select ruler and participate in making a strategic decision by people freely based on the Constitution,and get the running of government power under the law system,restricting by the Constitution simultaneously.Its purpose is protecting human rights.The value of freedom,equality and democracy are core connotations of the idea,which supplying valuable resources of thinking for carrying out of Democracy Politics smoothly in the world.This thesis is focused on the aspects of definition,constituent characteristic and prerequisite of the idea,and expecting to provide some consultations for the Democracy Politics construction of our country.
