It has increasingly been a hot issue in recent years that the complaints involving law and litigation, as an important part of complain settlement system has always been at a high rate of occurring. This thesis probed into the existent necessity of complaint settlement system concerning law and litigation on the basement of analyzing the essence of this regulation, dissected the shaped reasons of this regulation, and consequently put forward the measures of preventing and decreasing complaints concerning law and litigation.
