Investigation Report On Complaints And Complaints In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years, Heilongjiang Province has faced a relatively grim situation of litigation-related petitions. The increasing petitioners have seriously impeded the regular work order of the local court and impaired its judicial authority. In terms of the internal causes, it suggests the relatively low quality and efficiency of the case trial in our provincial court, the inability to solve the problems relevant to litigation-related petitions, and the lack of effective measures to prevent or at least abate the situation. As for the external causes, it signifies the overall economic political as well as social atmosphere. Restricted by their personal qualities and triggered by some complex causes including economic interests, these petitioners are quite persistent in resorting to this approach. Therefore, based on the current circumstances, number of petitions, sequencing of petitions as well as its fluctuation trend, this article aims to analyze the cause and existing problems of the phenomenon, put forward some concrete measures for them. Moreover, by writing this paper, we intend to prompt the reform of the litigation-related petition hence facilitate a better prospect of it.
