The Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Ralationship Between The Party And The Masses In The New Century

The Chinese Communist Party has always paid high attention to the relationship since her establishment. The relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the masses is always a basic political issue for the Party' s construction, which is vital to the rise and fall, life and death of the Party' s business. Totally, the development of the relationship is fundamentally good, but because of many factors, the relationship between the Party and the masses had many new situations and new problems. In view of this, I analyze the overview of the relationship between the Party and the masses, the problems and the characteristics, the reasons of the problems and how to improve the relationship in the new century. This article is divided into four parts:The first part: I mainly analyze the basic connotation, the essence and the overall evaluation of the relationship between the Party and the masses in the new century.The second part: I mainly analyze the existence problems and the characteristics. First I analyze the existence problems microscopically in the new century which is from incumbent party' angle and people' angle. Then I analyze the characteristics macroscopically in the new century. This part is the innovation of this article.The third part: I mainly analyze the reasons of the problems in the new century which is from the political, economic, ideological and other factors.The fourth part: I analyze the main ideas to improve the relationship between the Party and the masses .In order to improve the relationship, we must take the people—oriented and government for the people as its basic philosophy; we must take the concept of the scientific development and economic development improving people' livelihood as its focus; we must take establishing the mechanism and the system as the protection of the system; we must take strengthening the party' self—construction as its key; we must take strengthening the masses of the working methods as its guarantee.In this paper, we make the research on the relationship between the party and the masses from multi—faceted to find the new ideas. It is of great practical significance for improving the Party' governing ability, for maintaining the advanced nature of the party, for implementing the scientific concept of development, and for the building of a harmonious community.
