Research On Collective Management Systems Of Copyright

The issue on collective management of copyright is a bottle-neck one in the copyright research and practice field in China. The history of the organizations of collective management of copyright in China is comparative short, and the base of the collective management of copyright is terribly weak. In addition, constituting the collective management system of copyright is also particularly. By reason of the inherent difficulties of establishing this system as well as the effect of globe condition. Based on the above, I choose the collective management system of copyright being the topic of my thesis of Master degree. I hope that I can give some useful advice on developing and perfecting the collective management system of copyright in China with questing by myself .The basic writing route of this thesis follows : Firstly, I will analyze the basic theory of collective management of copyright and legal relationship which will form the base of this thesis ,secondly I will analyze the current developing status and the matter existing of collective management system of copyright in China, finally I will give some advice on perfecting the collective management system of copyright in China.
