Anti-sex discrimination in employment is a basic policy of EU's basic principles and laws, so the search for sex equality in European Community social policy has become a central pillar of development. The last 50 years, under the guidance of an advanced anti-sex discrimination philosophy in employment,with the effort of EU organizations, member governments, non-governmental organizations as well as the active participation of ordinary citizens, European anti-discrimination system has become the world's most developed regions . EU's perfect anti-sex discrimination legal system and the anti-discrimination mechanisms in employment not only for EU member states to build an overall framework, but also for other countries in the world and regional legislation and practice has provided valuable experience.In this thesis, the author put EU's anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment as the research object, introduce the evolution., composition the basic content as well as the implementation and relief system of EU anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment. summarize EU anti-sex discrimination in employment experiences and lessons ,in order to it can provide a method to protect women's equal right to employment with and crack female employment problem.This article contains four chapters. Chapter I is the evolution of legal system of EU anti-sex discrimination in employment .It introduces the background and the stage of developement of legal system of EU anti-sex discrimination in employment.Chapter II is European anti-sex discrimination in employment legal system. It introduces the composition of EU anti-sex discrimination in employment legal system.Chapter III is the main contents of EU anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment are the focus of this article.It descripts two different patterns, an exception to sex discrimination ,the protection on pregnancy and breast-feeding women, as well as the sexual harassment and sex discrimination of EU anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment.Chapter IV is the legal system and relief of EU anti-sex discrimination in employment.It is also the focus of this article. It mainly introduces the EU's very unique relief ways and the system ,including the direct effect of EU law, the allocation of the burden of proof, judicial relief system and the European Union anti-sex discrimination in employment organizations and institutions in four parts. EU's highly operable implementation and relief system is the lack of China's anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment .It has a direct practical significance to our country.Chapter V is evaluation of EU anti-sex discrimination legal system, in employment, including the experiences,the existence problem of EU anti-discrimination legal system in employment and the European Union anti-discrimination in employment on referential significance to our country in three parts.On the base of assessment advantages and disadvantages at EU anti-sex discrimination legal system in employment, it proposed legal response to deal with the sex discrimination in employment.
