The Reasonable Expectation In The Explanation Of Insurance Contract

Reasonable expectation is applicable in our country , but in practical applications there have some ambiguities. For instance , what kind of relationship is between the reasonable expectation and the other principles ? How to delimit "reasonable" ? And is the existence of ambiguities a precondition ? For the first question , in my opinion , the reasonable expectation is importance but it can be used only when there has no other available principle . For the second question , it must be discussed from at least three aspects . In other article it is mainly discussed the problems of insure and the contract of insurance, in my text i will not only discuss the two points above but also talk about the duty of insured in this question. And there also has the third question about the exchange capability of the insured , I will talk about it from at least three aspects.
