Improvement Of Laws In China Enterprises Overseas Investment

After our efforts for decades,China has become the biggest capital output country among developing group.Compared with its booming achievement of overseas investment,our country's legal study and construction on overseas investment relatively lagged behind the time,which restricts further development of our country's overseas investment.Then,how to strengthen our legal research on overseas investment,and how to construct the legal system to protect our overseas Investment seems a pressing task before us.Analyzing with the China's facts,this thesis try to put forward some suggestions of how to improve our legal system of China's overseas investment.This thesis consists of three chapters:Chapter one is about the definition of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment and introduced the development of overseas investment ln the recent decades in China.Chapter two consists two part.Part one:The status of the legal system and problems of legal system on our overseas investment.Part two:The introduction of multilateral treaties and bilateral agreements on international investment.Chapter three focus on putting forward suggestions on how to strengthen the process of overseas investment legislation and how to make good use of multilateral treaties and bilateral agreements on international investment between China and foreign countries.
