The Object Of Law Of Faith: Natural Law

China is in the early stages of the rule of law society, Although the rule of law in China's construction has been a certain degree of development, we also should see the rule of law society that exists a lot of problems to be settled urgently. So in essence, how to solve these problems thoroughly,In order that the rule of law society of the long-term strategic objectives is achieved by faster and better, which has been the focus of attention. I think that the key to solving these problems is to enable people to form a natural law-oriented law faith,When the people convince faith of natural law from the heart, Regard the natural law as a spiritual sustenance, So,our country has lots of problems will be solved during the rule of law society.This paper is divided into five chapters,The first chapter discusses the sources of the law of faith: Professor Berman first explicitly put forward the law of faith, After I analysis the Professor Berman's view,prove that our country need faith. Chapter II summarizes the point of some scholars that support the law of faith,And analyzing,criticizing this view ,In order to support natural law,So natural law should be the object of law faith. People hold such views because faith that the law can be attributed to the following reasons: First, our country lack the object of law faith, Thereby causing a crisis of faith in the law, Secondly, the law has been the characteristics of faith, Such as human rights law, and relief, and scientific, Finally, the law of faith contribute to the formation of a society ruled by law in our country;Base on the the above reasons,I conducted a critical respectively,For example, I think our country does not lack the object of law of faith,Thus the use of the relevant theory have been deeply critical this argument. Chapter III sets out the nature of faith, In other words,If it become the object of faith,Which the kind of quality should be possess, so as to lay the foundation of paper, After,I summarize the opposition to the view of law of faith: One view is that positive law can not be belief, The reason is a secular nature, defects, and utilitarian, mandatory, Fundamentally,These nature incompatible with the faith of quality, Another view is that we should faith traditions,base on the rule of law in our country's status quo, Faith traditions are in line with the acquaintance, People do not need the cold law, need warmth. In conclusion, the author summarize arguments, at the same time , I conduct an in-depth critique. Chapter IV from the above discussion of two views proved my point of view: Law can be beliefs, the object of faith should be natural law. The faith of natural law should be through positive law, That is the vector of natural law is positive law, Finally the exposition of how to cultivate people's natural law of faith.In short, the object of law of faith re-analysis, let us further consider the problem, So that law of faith will form by rapid speed. We know that people need faith in the human long journey, So, people need the same as faith in rule of law society, More specifically people need natural law of faith. Believe that natural law of faith will universal form, will satisfy the people's constant pursuit of the spiritual life, will contribute to the spread of the rule of law, will be conducive to harmonious society, Finally achieve the rule of law developed society!...
