Reconstruct The System Of The Crime Types Of Bribery

The bribery crime in the range of the world has become increasingly grave since 1970s. The United Nations and lots of countries pay great attention to this phenomenon. They've continually issued more and more legislative documents to punish bribery and keep improving them. Now, restraining and fighting bribery is the global subject.In recent years, bribery has taken some new forms, which can't be punished by criminal laws in effect. Large achievements in theory research are merely about one type of crime or interpreting laws, instead of studying bribery in a systematic way. There are few monographs about the system of the crime types of bribery. The thesis will study the problem by the way of historical research, comparative research, inductive research, literature research and standard research. First, the thesis comments on the current situation and shortcomings of the laws about bribery crime at the present stage. Second, the thesis studies the legislation of foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. We can learn their strong points to offset our weakness. Finally, the thesis expounds the theory about reconstructing the system of the bribery and puts forward some tentative ideas and suggestions. Reconstructing the system of the crime types of bribery is not only advantageous to enhancing the international cooperation and punishing the bribery crime, but also advantageous to defending the honest image of the Communist Party of China and our government, developing the socialist market economy and constructing a harmonious society.
