Bribery has been the focus of our laws against. Although China' s criminal laws on bribery had been revised and supplemented for several times, it did not close enough to cover all the serious bribery crime. Even nowadays, bribery in China has not been effectively controlled. The development course of bribery was divided into four stages: the initial legislation stage, the codification stage, the comprehensive revision stage,the supplement stage. The current criminal legislation is more perfect than before. However, with the development of the society, the new features and forms of bribery has appeared, the bribery criminal legislative mode takes out a new injustice. The criminal legislation is not perfect enough to conduct all kinds of the crime. There are still something amiss in the existing laws. In the current criminal system, there are deficiencies on the charge system, constitutive elements and criminal liability, presenting with thecharacteristic of severity yet not strictness, so many people accepting bribery can not be sentenced and punished. Merely raising the punishment can only keep law in embarrassing condition. Therefore, perfecting the bribery legislation is of paramount importance.Tightening the net of justice, blocking the leak of criminal law, increasing the trace capacity of accepting bribery would undoubtly give more free rein to the capacity of prohibition to decrease or even perish crimes. Consummating the net of criminal justice is more effective than strict punishment.Based on the complexity of the bribery crime, Based on the complex types of bribery, this paper will examine the existing bribery legislative shortcomings, reconstruct the bribery criminal system, and tighten up the net of law in the legislative approach of Crime Series to make rules be coordinated, logic be identical. Increasing the internal relations, working hard to maintain the coordination between the rules of the crime and promoting to establish a bribery crime system to ensure that the bribery legislation to be scientific and rationalized.
