Study On The Construction Of Political Culture About New Rural Areas Of National Regions

The construction of new rural areas is an important strategy component of comprehensively building a well-off society put forward by the CPC Central Committee。Communist Party of China on Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Plenary Session put forward that"Building a new socialist countryside in China's modernization process is a major historic task","According to the request of advanced production, improved livelihood, civilized village ethos, neat villages,democratic administration,pushing forward it under the steady down-to-earth manner". Political culture is the inherent requirement of a new countryside and harmonious society construction in minority areas. China is a multi-ethnic country, due to historical,geographical and other reasons each nation has its own unique culture connotation and national habits,the political culture of every nation has certain differences to some extent . The research take the rural areas in National regions as the research object,selects the questionnaire survey method and the way of interview,in view of the current political culture in rural areas. The findings showed that,now in the rural areas of national political cultural development is very immature,villagers are lack of political awareness,political participation of villagers is devoid of alienation , political system is imperfect , political participation channels is very poor,democracy and legal system are not sound,everywhere is the prevalence of religious culture,traditional patriarchal clan system is still bound people's thinking, people's political beliefs are even the deviation of the missing, political identity of national and government is not strong, and so on. The status quo of political culture is seriously hampering construction of new material civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization and ecological civilization in the rural areas, slowing the pace of building new countryside. To this end,we must continue to upgrade the political culture of rural areas in minority areas,actively promote political cultural construction of the various nationalities,ethnic minorities in particular, create political culture of integrative and progressive nationalism, strengthen the building of new countryside on the basis of political culture.
